Here is a website of all Housing & Urban Developement (HUD) owned homes in NJ. These are goverment owned Homes. You can select homes by city or county. Usually the goverment will just put a tax lien against the property and not foreclose on it. That way a prospective buyer will have to pay the tax lien on property if they want to purchase it.
