I'm assuming you are not the owner because if you were you should've been served with foreclosure papers or at the very least a certified late notice from your lender.
If you are a tenant, if the owner was served with an actual foreclosure complaint you should've been served as the tenant with a Notice to Residential Tenants of Rights During Foreclosure letting you know that a foreclosure was filed concerning 75 Irving Street, Newark NJ 07104. If you are a tenant, even if the property you live in is in foreclosure you should still continue to pay your rent and keep receipts or copies of cancelled checks that you did pay. If not, you can still be evicted for nonpayment.
Hope that helps.
