Be Careful. I am not blaming realtrac per say. Many similar sites claim the properties exist only to have you pay membership fees. Then you find out they don't exist or sold 2 years ago. My office specializes in REO properties. 20 years, thousands of sales, high volume investment real estate. Currently 100 listings.

If you are working with your own real estate agent they should be able to show you the home and submit an offer to purchase for you. If you don't have an agent you can look on Trulia or other real estate sites for your own agent.

You can contact the listing broker mentioned in the Ad. They should be able to assist with setting up an appointment to see the property.
Good luck with your search.
