Email any agents of your choice to get active listing data and pictures.

This listing is not currently on the market yet or it might never be. Just depends the foreclosure process work and what did the asset manager decide to do. Its a long waiting game.

Its better to look at what is already active on the foreclosure list.

You can email me at or visit my website at for active listings.

It's not listed yet, and by the way it will probably be $500,000 or more when it does get listed.

The $100,000 is maybe the outstanding taxes owed...or some other bogus number.

There are no $100,000 houses in Coppell...... here is a link to the 10 least expensive.…

Are you looking for a foreclosure? Looking for a $100,000 house or a $500,000 house?

I on the City Board for Coppell I would run from website WON'T publish street # . These are bait and switch sites.

Realtors websites are governed by the State we are licensed in therefore WE as agents must post accurate info WHICH includes entire street address.

That home is not on the market so there are no pictures. When a home is foreclosed by has not been assigned to a brokerage to sell it, there are typically no pictures available. Any home that has been foreclosed on and is available for you to purchase in our market will have pictures in the Multiple Listing Service. If it has been marketed in the past, with pictures, but has subsequently foreclosed then there can sometimes be pictures the Multiple Listing Service archives, but then again, you need to be working with a member of the MLS to obtain the pictures. Brent has the best idea - work with an agent to find homes that ARE available for you to purchase - this one isn't available right now. When it does become available it will NOT be priced at the $119,068 number rice you are seeing online - that is the lien that was foreclosed on, not an asking price. The foreclosed lien has no relevance to the properties value, and no relevance to what it's eventual asking price may be.
