I'm scared of any of the foreclosure sites that require you to pay to get the information on the foreclosures. A lot of time the info is incomplete or inaccurate and/or you could get the same or better from a free site. The best way to find foreclosures is through a Realtor who can search for them through MLS as well as through the County records and other resources. Two good sites for forclosures are and Also, many of the mortgage companies have information about their foreclosures on their websites so those sites may be a good resource as well. I work with foreclosures and short sales and I monitor all of these sites along with MLS and county records to find foreclosures for clients. If you would like to contact me and let me know what your criteria is I would be happy to send you some homes and assist you in your search. You may call me at (704) 467-0795 or e-mail me at

Hi Luba:

I agree with the answer below. I actually specialize in pre-foreclosure and short-sales and obtain all of my foreclosure information directly from the courthouse. We personally go the courthouse and collect the data. I do not know how good or bad is as I have never used it. I have used other services and found some of the data to be inaccurate or out of date. If you have any foreclosure questions, please don't hesitate to contact me directly at (704) 701-9206 or
