The only reason a condo Assoc. (usually) will take over a property is to make some money, for as long as possible, to recover as much as they can of late HOA payments, by renting it. So, you will be OK UNTIL the lender will take over (since the HOA will not have the money to pay on the lender loan). Once the lender takes over, unless they decide to rent it (not too often), you will have 60-90 days to vacate.
