Only if you are willing to risk having both offers accepted at the same time and end up either buying 2 homes or being in breach of contract on one of the homes which can result in legal issues, fines and losing your earnest money

Yes, as long as you can buy to both should both offers be accepted. I suggest talking to a realtor in your area so that you have a full understanding of what penalties and possible legal action you could face should you decide to back out of an accepted offer. Best wishes!
