I'm responding to your question because I see something between the lines. Although you may be asking a facetious question - there are those that tax payers; or should I say consumers, will ultimately pay for.
The housing market (and mortgage banking industry) has taken a huge hit this past year with foreclosures in the forefront. Ultimately the consumer will absorb the loses by banks and real estate professionals will see their markets decrease in value because of the abundance of foreclosed/auction properties.
Of course, all will right itself in the end and the strong will survive the flood - but there is no free lunch.
So, to answer your question: No I will not help you pay on a house; BUT, as a professional, I will help you find a HOME you will flourish in, raise a family maybe, and find serenity in.
As a real estate professional - I will do this and more; but most importantly, I will emphasize the importance of making sure the home of your dreams doesn't put you in a nightmare trying pay for it.
This is a pledge - and I hope when you ultimately find the agent to assist you in your quest - he/she/they, take the same pledge!
I'm off my soapbox - but take the words to heart....
