You can try http://www.hudhomestore.com
Or
Realtytrac.com

But I suggest you get a realtor.. When you need to get pre qualified, please keep us in mind!

I would suggest starting with looking for a realtor in your area who is knowledgeable about the foreclosure or short sale market. It is important to build a trusted relationship with your real estate professional.

If you prefer to do some research yourself, you can always check with your county clerk to see what is being foreclosed. The website realtytrac is also a good resource.

It takes time and patience to secure an REO no matter where you are. Good luck in your search!

The best place to find bank owned properties is with a local Realtor who is familiar with how they work and how to find them. This is a free service and easy to do with a qualified agent.

The best place to look for REO properties in Moline, Illinois is on bank websites, Bank of America, Chase, & Fannie Mae all list REO properties on their website by State, City, & Zip.

A good local real estate agent should provide you a list free of charge with no obligation.

In addition, there are paid services that publish pre foreclosure information, however, these services are deemed a scam by many.

Consider speaking with a local realtor in Moline. She can set you up with automatic emails whenever a foreclosure comes on the market that meets your criteria.

Please read my blog about purchasing a bank owned property,
