What date do I go by the Notice of Sheriffs Sale, the Sheriff's report of sale, Confirmation of sale or Sheriff's deed?

Yes i agree.. The confirmation of sale date. You will need 3yrs from that date for an Fha loan and 7yrs from that date for a conventional loan. I am in WI if you are ready to get pre-qualified. Thanks, Mandy Fritsche, 262-327-5700, mandy.fritsche@prospectmtg.com

The deed will be the final document, the confirmation of sale should be the same date as the deed.

There are two different dates the sheriff deed and sheriff report of sale is the same date next is confirmation of sale, and sheriff deed again.
