First decide on an agent to help you purchase the property, then that agent should be happy to provide you automatic daily updates of any and all foreclosures comming to market that match your needs and criteria, they will even do it for FREE just because as a loyal and savvy buyer you will use them to write the contract in the property. Is a good exchange between to people who each know what they are doing.

Mark is spot on with his answer to you...this is what we pay our dues for - all other 'sites' will take a minimum of 24 hours for listing status to syndicate from MLS. We are becoming stable and the amazing window of opportunity is decreasing daily.

homepath and homesteps from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Say (what ever your name is), you been asking questions for 3 months now. Why not just get a realtor who serves College Park? Prices are going up in Orlando. The longer you wait the less chance you have.

Try the orange county clerk of the court. Here is a link. They now auction the properties online.
