Your best option will be a short sale. Get in touch with an experienced real estate agent that can assist you right away.

You can consider a short sale, but you would need to move quickly in order to open that dialogue with your bank and have time for the trustee sale to be postponed.

Consider doing a short sale. In my experience, I've been able to engage and get the foreclosure sale date pushed back to accommodate the cycle of a short sale. However, this would need to be done immediately.

Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to sit down and discuss.

Kind regards,
Lisa
