There's a 3bd 2ba home for $1000? Is this the price to own this home which is a bank owed foreclosure. Are there more fees?

Dear Sir
We would like to respond to your question but the way Trulia sends the request out they do not show or give the information on the property you are asking the question about.
If you like please send the property information or MLS number and it makes answering the question easier.

Come on....please get the RealtyTrac feed off of here. It is a payment platform.
Use a Realtor to find your home....not a platform that is only interested in vendor fees.

Realty Trac strikes again:
Look at the posting for that home again and find the logo for Realty Trac (black and red). Most times when you see that logo on any listing it means the price you see is NOT a sale price, and the home is probably not for sale as of yet. It is just a posting of what the Bank/Lender had to pay the courts to document regaining custody of the home when they foreclosed on it (transfer value); and/or an announcement that the foreclosure process has just begun (Lis Pendens). Next that Bank/Lender will take several months to put the property on the market at "Market Value for the specific community" and it will be listed/advertised as a Foreclosure or an REO. Yep....another Realty Trac victim!

The general rule of thumb should always be followed...."If it looks too good to be true......."

No such thing, it's a trick from Realty Trac. A paid for subscription. Find an agent and use a real price point you can afford. You should know better than to think there are $1000 houses for sale

It's probably a Realty Trac ad. There is no real estate for sale anywhere in this area for $1000.
