Shane,
Good question. We launched a partnership with RealtyTrac today to include foreclosure properties on Trulia. The properties listed are in 3 categories: Preforeclosure (or notice of default), Auction and Bank Owned. For the preforeclosures the price is typically the amount remaining on the note that was defaulted upon. We display a summary of information on Trulia and then if someone is interested in more detailed information they can click over to RealtyTrac and sign-up for a 7-day free trial to get all the information. There is more info on this launch on Trulia Blog at the url below if interested. One other thing to note is we also made it a bit easier to search for new construction by using the new 'Listing Type' filter on the search results page. Hope this answers your question.
