From the time of the notice a foreclosure takes 90 days minimum. It may get postponed.

You may still have time to do a short sale, which can have less impact on your credit, or explore other options.

I would suggest that you contact a good local realtor and suggest :
Russ Bell
Central AZ Real Estate - Casa Grande

He can arrange a free legal real estate consultation for you to explore your options get your questions answered. To schedule you free legal consultation go to:

Hey AzTractorCowboy:

I would google "Arizona Foreclosure Laws" to get a general idea. Then I would talk to a real estate attorney.

I recommend Scottsdale Law Group (the cover all of Arizona):

Scottsdale Law Group, Kristi Collins, 480-478-0709
