Do you own the property? Where is the property in Florida? Have you been served with a Foreclosure Notice? Have you received any letters from Lender? Foreclosure can take up to a full year. Once you receive a notice, you have 20 days to respond. You need to contact an attorney to stall any foreclosure proceedings. Public records may not be up to date to find what you need.
Please call or email your questions. Thank you and good luck.

Hi there -

I'm a little confused; did you already purchase it? Banks can take up to three months to record deeds in public records (sad but true) and often the county websites won't reflect the paperwork for about a month after that.

If it's just that you can't find your purchase in the public records, try calling your title company and have them send you a copy of your deed.
