My home was in foreclosure, I paid off all previous taxes that the lender stop paying. What are my rights?

If all you had was back Taxes, and you paid them, then you are Okay.
If you are also behind on the Mortgage, that is a separate problem.
If the Lender is still trying to Foreclose, that is a separate problem.
If you haven't been paying for Insurance, that is a separate problem.
If you need a Lawyer, see one.

I have no idea what your real question is.

“What are my rights?”… in regard to what, I ask?

The taxes that you paid were your responsibility and not the bank’s.
