Congratulations on purchasing your home. Currently there are only two homes in Ft Washington in the foreclosure and reo active status.

See those here
http://matrix.mris.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?ID=50123870023

However there are 12 other homes that are in foreclosure/reo active status that are available as well.

If interested in viewing these homes, feel free to give me a call to get started

Congratulations on deciding to purchase. The first step I'd suggest is to interview agents who you feel will best represent you. Not all agents are created equally. I wrote an article on this very topic which has interview questions like:
if you’re looking to buy a foreclosure or sell your home as short sale (where you owe more than the home is worth), has the Agent you’re considering ever been truly certified in those delicate topics or have they successfully closed in those sorts of transactions?

Do you want to see homes on a Sunday, but perhaps you didn’t know ahead of time that your Agent doesn’t work Sundays.

Is your potential Agent a full time REALTOR or do you have to work around their full time job’s schedule?

These are just a few questions you should ask yourself and the agent you’re considering prior to truly working with that individual exclusively.

For more ideas and information, you can visit my website http://www.findhousesdcmetro.com/about-me.asp

Whether I'm honored with the opportunity to be interviewed by you or not, Godspeed on your home search and purchase.
