Perhaps your office of the Circuit Court will accept an application to email you a monthly report. Some charge a small amount per page (15 cents in my case) for which you have to establish an escrow. I left a deposit from where that nominal fee is being deducted ea time they send me a report.

This may not work everywhere but give it a try.

Call a local real estate broker/agent and they will get you the data you need. They'll be more than happy to help you with research.

Greg,

I would start by contacting the county records office in the county where the zip code is located. Explain to them what you are thinking of doing and see how they might be able to help. Failing that you might check out the local library and look for the archives of the local or county paper where the foreclosures are published - that might be a decent source of information as well. Companies like http://www.realtytrac.com might also be of some use.
