I would be happy forward you foreclosures FREE minute they are posted in MLS via an automatic system I have developed based on your specifications and location(s).

Any website with membership frees are usually outdated, not accurate info. MLS is goverened by realtors board realtors postings are correct info. based on research and sellers info. provided. MLS will provide you up to 8 pictures per property with descriptions, much more.

most web sites will give you some "bites" so you fill out all your information and then you have to pay. I can send you foreclosures from our multiple listing service, most of them are also listed on the MLS. Also you can check out goverment foreclosures at If you would like a daily update, please send me an e-mail at and give me your criteria in regards to areas and prices.
Thank you and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

You can get info on Government foreclosures from FHA, VA on site below.
If you are looking for bank foreclosures all the sites that advertise "free" lists want money to show you the information you need to contact someone regarding a property. BEWARE: most of these sites have info that can be old and outdated. Try finding a Realtor in your area who specializes in foreclosures. Chances are they are already paying for a service provider for the info.
Good luck!
