The last place you should get specific legal advice is an online source that has little access to the details of what you are doing. I can think of a number of possible answers, but they change with different potential facts. Your local agent with all the information is the one you need to ask this of. If you aren't using an agent, then an attorney would be your other option. You have too much to lose to risk an answer here on a subject like this.
