If buying a home under Fannie Mae homepath as a second home does it qualify as owner occupant?

Owner occupant gets first chance on bid for homepath Fannie Mae--as a second home (in order to get 10% down) can this be classified as owner occupant????

the simple answer is no...I just ahd a client go through that. It is considered an investment property to Fannie Mae. Good luck on your home search

Zoe, Dave is correct. Homepath's lending does allow for investors. There are also some benefits in Homepath lending you should know. I have a great contact who has handled several of these types of mortgages for me, please let me know if you need any assistance.
