The owner has since passed away and her daughter has taken over her affairs. When it was time to renew my property insurance for the mobile home , i was told I had no rights to the structure. upon doing more research, I found that no lien was filed naming me as the buyer or any other information to show that I had any rights to the mobile home. My question is since the structure sits on my property along with my house, can the individuals daughter come and repo the structure and take me to court regarding any payments owed?
