I'm trying to get REO listings in Broward county, Florida. Can anyone advice me how to get them.?

I think what Tom means is that he's trying to find a bank contact so that he can list REOs on their behalf - am I right?

I don't know about your MLS but try searching the public and private remarks sections for "bank owned" and "bank owned property" and "REO".

That should bring up most of them as good agents will want to let other agents and the public know about these "great deals"!

Combing through the mls is probably the easiest. Our board has a category in the finance section of mls listings for short sales and reo's. If you don't, contact your local board and see what it would take to get them to add that. Otherwise, go to the county foreclosure records and see what has recently been foreclosed on in the past 6 months.
