Becuase you had a bankruptcy, you should contact your bankruptcy attorney, you need to see if the loan was included in bankruptcy, was it wiped out by bankruptcy or is it still in force where they can still foreclose? You may need a loan mod with them as well. Ask you attorney for the best answer. good luck

Your bankruptcy attorney has already been paid for their representation and you should consult them. By the way, if the 2nd has not been discharged or dealt with, then you must still pay on it or risk default and the consequences.

As Scott said, this is a question that your BK attorney should answer. If the debt (ie the 2nd mortgage) was discharged in the bankruptcy, then the answer is most likely no. However, if the debt was not discharged, or you failed to include it in the filing, then the answer is yes. Only a person who has access to discharge documents and the legal ability to interpret them can answer this question. Good luck and Dare to Dream.
