That takes extensive research and time, or you can have your attorney do the review for you by insuring the title company does all its due diligence in removing any liens prior to purchase. We suggested to you before to purchase a buyers title insurance. This is a good way for you to make sure no one ever comes back and claims ownership or collects upon the home. As always, speak with your attorney or group of professionals helping you with this matter. If you do not have someone working with you at this time feel free to contact me and I will answer any question. Good luck!

Your attorney will do this and you will have title insurance to protect you against any mistakes. You will get clear title. Don't you have an attorney??
