Schott Services LLC. They are professional, affordable, and efficient. They can clear out any left over junk and even do light demolition work. Check out

I would recommend finding out which agents in the area do most of the foreclosure listings. Then you will want to personally meet that person and give them your information. Be sure you are insured and provide that information too. Foreclosures require a high amount of insurance for any of their contractors, so have that in line in advance. Follow up after a few weeks to let them know you are still interested. We did foreclosures for years and often needed additional contractors. The problem is, most of them aren't prepared enough for the volume. Be ready to prove how you can keep up with snow/lawn and what equipment you have and if you have any other employees to help keep up. Good Luck!

Just to be clear- Are you looking for a company to clean out a foreclosed home that you have purchased?
