Check the condo sales around this condo, if it is to good to be true, it probably is. It might be take down to the studs, (i.e. no drywall) due to mold. Buyer beware!

It depends where it's location is. If its in a prime area no! A little research will tell what happen but unless you have an interest it's a waste of time. It could even be a data error which by the way is very common in O Town, go figure!

It is hard to tell if this is an actual list price or without looking at the Listing. If you have an address for the Condo I will gladly look it up on the MLS for you.
