Hi,

We have a log home for sale at a higher price point with 16 acres of land. The seller is not willing to subdivide, but a buyer certainly could pursue subdivision and land sale. It is in a 5 acre zoning area, so any parcel smaller than that would require a variance. A few months ago, we sold a 1 acre parcel of unimproved land that was immediately adjacent to this property for $65,000. The property we represent is in Plumsted. If your focus is log cabin, and your area is flexible, let me know if this is of interest. If you are strongly tied to the Medford Lakes area, I can say ...."That's a beautiful area...and best of luck!!!"
