You'll find the public notice of a foreclosure at http://www.GeorgiaPublicNotices.com. Please be mindful, however, that the foreclosure action associated with some of the properties shown there may have been halted.

At least in Florida, you can go into the court house (in the specific area where foreclosure auction info is held) and ask for a specific file and look through the entire thing. So, to answer your question, yes.

Also, when a sale date is decided on a foreclosure it is posted on the clerk of court site (depending on where you live) and the newspaper.

A foreclosure notice is attached to the records in the county where the property is located.
