It all comes down to what your objects are and the method of purchase....... as usual cash is king, and would definetely get you a great deal with Bank Owned properties (REO's).
Apollo beach might be attractive, but not the best place, beeing a new development that falled already, commute to work, schools etc.........
There's plenty out there for you to cash flow, give me a call and I would be glad to show you how to invest.

Apollo Beach would not be the place I would suggest you invest. While you can get good deals there that area will be very slow to recover based on absorption rate and number of home on the market there. South Tampa condos and homes will increase in value much faster than anything in Apollo Beach. I have condos in South Tampa for $100k and homes in the region under $100k. If you would liek any help or if you have any additional questions don't hesitate to contact me.
