Alex, if you will be conducting real estate business in Florida, then yes you will need a license. If you are currently a broker, you can contact the Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulations along with the Division of Real Estate. With a letter in good standing from the State of Arizona, and transcripts of courses taken for your Arizona license you could find out if the State of Florida will allow you to "challenge" the Florida broker exam meeting all of the state of Florida licensing criteria.
If you are a licensed Arizona saleperson, I believe you will have to go through the Florida salesperson licensing process. If you have an Arizona four year degree in real estate, you can check with the State of Florida licensing board and see if any of your previous course work could be transferred/accepted.
Florida has licensing receprocity with Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
