If you can afford it, buy a 2b/2bath condo , live in it , then assign a property mgt. company to rent it out for you.
Make some future money , properties are going up as we speak .

Hi Shannon...Craigslist is probably your best bet - they have a secion for 'short term rentals' that would be ideal for you. Good luck.

We suggest you look under vacation rentals on Craigslist. That way you can also check the box for your pup.

What is your price range? There are several 1b/1b places available but the prices range from $6000 and up for homes right on the beach. There are several more affordable as you head inland.
