credit is not so good,,,, how can we qualify

This question is too vague to answer with accuracy.....if you are looking to rent, please understand that most landlords and property management companies look at many things...

1. Credit check for scores, pay timeliness, foreclosures, etc.
2. Evictions
3. Social Security checks for ID thiefs
4. Income verification
5. Residence verifications
6. Criminal checks

Many things go into play in the rental market and there is much more subjectivity as owners may allow 550 scores and others may want 650 scores. Also, some don't give as much weight to a 580 score as they do pay timeliness over 12 months or current income.
