Hi Susan,

Hope things are going well!

Are you particularly looking for a single family home? Or would an apartment/condo also work out? What size of a home are you looking for and in which part of West Seattle?

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance. Thanks and have a great day!

Susan,
Waterfront or water view homes are in higher demand than others and generally go for more than that. In a quick search I did of West Seattle Rentals I found 2 at $1150, but neither indicates a water view. I would suggest either raise your rent parameter or give up on the view.
