There are very few communities that will rent to someone with felony convictions. Each Felony conviction is different and each apartment community has different rental requirements regarding criminal history, credit, and rental history. Also consider renting a house or duplex. Sometimes individual owners or property management companies will have a more relaxed set of requirements. You may want to look into purchasing your own home or condo etc. That may be easier than trying to rent. I highly recommend you work with a Realtor or locator. They can save you time and money and help you find they best community for your needs. There is no charge to you for the service of helping you find a rental. Good luck!

Ask Cari Cox at (512) 919-0041. She handles only apartments and probably would have an answer. Mention my name if you call her… Good luck! Joe
