Try http://www.rentrange.com. They give rental rates by zip and for specific addresses.

You can try Craigslist.com to view similar leases near your property. The other thing you can do is hire a real estate agent to help you.

Hi Pam:
Your best bets are craigslist.org and the guest section on themls.com (just look under leases). If you need further help, I can easily pull the comparables and email them to you.
Thanks,
Michael

Hey Pam,

I can pull the data by zipcode. Just send me the property address and I can do home rental comps for you for the zipcode that your home is in.
