How r u? Â I find craigslist better than the MLS which seems to be agents dumping their under qualified tenants on unsuspecting owners and listing agents. Â Run the ads yourself, do 1 hour open houses twice per week..... Rinse and repeat.

Rental market is pretty strong - price it right and it should rent quickly.
Good luck to you,

As a loandlord, you may already have plenty of headaches. Why put yourself in the line of fire again? Get a Realtor to handle every aspect of the rental. They'll get their commission from the renter so, what do you have to lose? Good luck.
The best way is to list it with a Realtor.
They do all the work, you end up with a signed lease!
A Realtor can put your listing on a myriad of websites. Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc. Most Realtors have their own website, a company website, and then of course the Multiple Listings websites.
Inasmuch as I would LOVE to help you, all Real Estate is local, and you should find a Realtor who specializes in an area closer to yours. My area of specialty is more north, Middlesex, Somerset and Union Counties, and parts of Morris county. I can find you a fantastic Prudential Realtor who knows your area well. Feel free to call me, 908-447-6980.
I agree with Joe (mostly) you're going to get a lot more bang for your buck ($0) on CL. I also had a lot of success locating qualified renters on Rent.com, but its not free.

Thank you for your question.
The best you can do is to have it put in the Multiple Listing Service where all the real estate agent will see it and tell their clients. It is a good idea to have knowledge of the rentals in your area similar to your condo. Bedrooms, baths, condition. This way you will price it right.
