Hi,

I dont know of anything that cheap in this area. If you see an ad for something this good tread very carefully and dont hand over money to get access.

Good luck

Hi Hugo,

We just had the sabe response from the supposed owner Jim O'neill: Not able to view it until the 25th of May 2012 because of the newlyweds that are there now. Jim asked us to sign the lease meanwhile ( 4000 + 1500 $ ) while we wait, and oc course, we are a bit wary of it. What was the result in your case? Did you prove the scam?

Thanks!

I don't see any rental or for-sale listings for 1209 Filbert St. It last sold in May 2011 for $6,888,000 so please be careful. Here is a reliable property search link:

Hugo,

Be very careful, there are a lot of scams out there. Many "fake" rentals ask you to drive by the property, but do not disturb anyone and if you like it, send a deposit. Or they ask you for your personal information like SS number or acct numbers.

Even if it's legit, if you feel it's not right, follow your intuition.

Best.
