Trulia is an agent only platform at this time. You can try Zillow, Craigslist, and forrentbyowner.com.

? Hmmm. Really? So having roommates if not in a HOA is against city ordinance? There are dozens of local sites and hundreds postings on Craigslist for the very same thing. Wil make some inquiries. Thanks. News to me.

I don't think they will allow you to do that on Trulia if you are not a licensed Realtor. You might be able to post it on craigslist. However I am going to agree with Bruce that it is probably going to be against most city and HOA ordinances.

Be careful renting rooms in Arlington. It's probably against most city ordinances and against many HOA ordinances if you are in a neighborhood with HOA.

Trulia and many other comparable sites only allow licensed Realtors to post listings for properties
