I would have an agent that specializes in that area and type of property assist you with it.. they generally get paid by the landlord... you may also check http://www.westsiderentals.com or other sites like it.

Good luck!

Hello,
It's best to do your own research first to get an idea of what the prices in Burbank are. What size and what price range are you looking for? Another thing to consider is if you have a pet or not, some apartment owners allow pets and some don't. You could start your search with local newspapers, and websites like realtor.com and craigslist.
Good luck.

You definitely can. It will not cost you anything as the landlord will pay your agent's commission. As my colleague stated, it really depends on your budget. Please feel free to contact me if you would like further assistance.

Depending on your budget, I would always look at craigslist first. At the very least you get to look at the local market rent pricing.
