Section 8 housing in Denver Co

Hi, we just moved to Austin Tx, what? January 6, 2011 form Co, but the change was great,there i guess were ready to move back to be with all our family.

Of course there are section 8 housing rentals if you can afford to get in one.
The rents are sky high and alot of landlords,realtors,private owners
do not want to do the work and put up with the mess of section 8 tenants.

Section 8 is a viable resourse for housing in denver. A significant portion of your rent is sent dierectly to your landlord. Deepending on your income ratios, you will be required to pay the difference. The home will have to be inspected and approved by Section 8 before you or the landlord are allowed to ender into the program.
