One bedroom in Area IV for $1350?

Asked by Adrien Washington, Brighton, Boston, MA Mon Oct 21, 2013

I am looking for an inexpensive one bedroom apartment in Area IV. I could afford $1500 if heat were included. I can do without modern amenities, but must avoid the first floor. Has development driven up prices everywhere?

I would use a local rental professional to save time and money and also to make sure you don't miss a great rental.

This area is really hot and the rental market has followed. I would highly recommend you contact apartment rental experts as they tend to have the most inventory. Good Luck with you apartment search!
