Los Angeles is a huge area ,once you know a couple of zip codes you can zero in on finding an agent to help you out. Good luck !

Hello Noah,

I would like to assist you with trying to find a property to move into in August.

However there was some pertinent information that I would like to know to help you find the right property.

1. How much are you willing to spend?
2. What areas are you looking at?

Please call me or email me if you have further questions.

Happy hunting.

Be careful of sites int he internet that list homes for sale.. make sure you talk to the landlord directly and not just by email and do not mail a deposit check... deliver it in person at the office of the proeprty manager.

There are a lot of scams going on.

Best of luck!

Where in L.A? What is your budget? How many bedrooms? A landlord will want to see a credit report.
Usually landlords want a 12 month lease, are you comfortable with that?

What kind of dogs do you have? You might have to pay extra for a pet deposit.
Something to think about.

OK. What areas of Los Angeles? The valley, the westside (Westwood, Brentwood, Santa Monica). The westside is more expensive than the valley.
You can call me at (818) 312-5272. I can send you properties straight from the MLS if you like.
