Certainly! I agree with you-- a live agent is preferable to endless hours of searching! Local agents in your Honolulu area have lists of active properties at any given time. If you are looking to purchase a rental property, or looking to spend time in a rental property ANY local real estate office can help you. In our local beach area of Newport Beach, local agents also act as property managers and help owners rent their properties, and prepare and market the properties for the next rental. Good Luck!
