Hi Kathryn,
If you lease is coming due for renewal next month, and you would like to check out other options in the area, search for rentals through the 24/7 link below. Good luck in your house hunting!

Good Morning Kathryn,
I'm glad you are planning on moving to Ojai! I think you will love it here! I do not have listings for rentals but sometimes people list them in our local paper http://www.OjaiValleyNews.com which you can access by going to their site with this link. What brings you to Ojai? I hope you have an easy move!
Kindest regards,
Cliff Norton

Hello Katheryn,

The Ojai Valley has it's own Board of Realtors. You can search for rentals listed by the Ojai realtors at http://www.ojaivalleymls.com/ Another place to search is the Ventura County Regional Data Share, http://www.vchomefinders.com. These have listings not necessarily seen in places like Craigslist or the newspapers. Outside of that, I suggest you find a good local rental agent by calling the Ojai Board at 805-646-8453 for their suggestions. There isn't much in the way of townhouses and condos in Ojai; please be ready to be flexible in your choices and think about a cottage as an alternative. Best of luck, and welcome to California!
