Please be very careful of 'Craigslist--there are a lot of scam artists who are taking advantage of people looking for rentals--take deposits for property they do not own & disappear. your best option is to contact a local agent who will protect your interests.

Hi Tom....

I don't have any homes for lease myself but am sure I would be able to find one for you.
Just call or email me with you details and I'll go to work on it.

Hi Tom
Craigslist is one place that you might find a home to lease, or you could search on the New Hampshire MLS located at

If you are not already working with an agent, you might find a local New Hampshire real estate agent here on Trulia who could search for a suitable rental for you. I live and work in New Hampshire, and if you have questions or would like for me to search on your behalf, you are welcome to contact me at your convenience.

If you wish, you can register your search here: and have any matching listings delivered directly to you inbox.

All the best.....

For Califoria, we use Craigslist to post rentals. Local newspapers also have many rentals as well as property management companies.

Trulia does not list rentals. if you are looking for a rental your best option is to contact a local agent who can handle this for you.
