Like the others wrote it really depends oin the services requested, the condition of the property, and what exactly you need and/or what you are expecting, and to what extent you want services.Over the years as an investor/manager of many units look for a professional who has the experience in court/rehab/managing a diverse setof properties in both urban and suburban settings/ has references/
snd most importantly will take care of your property like it is their own.
Ranges are typically from 5-10% to give you a quote which seems to be your request..

The cost of management will be based in what services you are looking for. As the broker/owner of a property management and real estate firm I can tell you to look for a company who can handle all aspects of a property from leasing to 24 Hour a day maintenance to full service accounting. Cost of management depends on what services you are looking for. For instance, if you are an out of state landlord you may need someone to collect rent, take calls and make repairs. However, if you seek specific services that are limited, the cost may be a percentage (10%) of the monthly collection. In the event you are trying to lease your house with a Realtor, it is typical to be charged a service fee equal to one month's rent. So keep that in mind when you go to list. The advantage of listing with a Realtor is that all tenants are pre-screened before signing a lease with a credit check, application and in some cases background checks as well, to ensure you the best tenant for your property. When selecting your Realtor make sure they protect your investment with an electronic lock box and advertise it for rent!
