I believe the Arbor Trace apartments are income based. You may also want to contact the West Bend Housing Authority, as they do help low income families with a voucher program. There are many other programs to help out people in your situation. The Washington County Human Services Department will be able to assist you. Best wishes to you and your family!

I know this is a few months old, but if you're still looking, the apartments on Sylvan Way south of Paradise all have pretty low rent.

Most of them are 2 bed, 1 bath and range from $550 to $650.

Good luck to you.

Not sure if these will help, but it's worth a try.

Have you checked on rent.com. I think the housing downtown close to the River walk is based on income.
Good Luck
