Can you help me find a rental in the SW SFV available now?

Asked by Coco, Encino, CA Sun Sep 11, 2011

It might sound impossible, but there still can be one miracle left out there of an affordable nice rental ready to move-in now! As my moving budget is dwindling fast, I'm burnt out searching online, seeing the same listings over and over again that don't meet my needs and they're all starting to look the same. I'm seeking a large single or 1-bedroom (preferred), condo, townhome, guest house, or direct-owner multi-dwelling in the SW part of the SFV. Are your resources any better than mine or have you seen lately a rock big enough I can crawl under?

I know of a guesthouse rental (coverted garage) that will be coming up by 11/1 in Sherman Oaks, North of Riverside. My client is planning to leave. I think he's paying $1500/month, so the landlord may be looking for more. You can call me at 818-535-4920 for more info.
